Walmart Distribution Center
In 2018 Walmart built a 2.5 million square foot distribution center in south Mobile county in Alabama. Nelco Commercial Maintenance was awarded the contract to stripe the parking lots. The massive project included approximately 2,700 tractor trailer parking spaces, over 700 employee parking spaces and over 100 miles of diagonal and directional striping.
Tractor Supply Company
When the Tractor Supply store in Summerdale Alabama was renovated in 2019 Nelco Commercial Maintenance was responsible for seal coating and striping the parking lot. Our scope of work included; crack filling, seal coating, minor repairs and restriping of the parking lot. All work was scheduled around regular business hours allowing the store to remain open during the renovation.
Foley High School
HCL Contracting was awarded the paving contract for Foley High School in Foley Alabama in the summer of 2019. Nelco Commercial Maintenance was selected to do the new layout and striping. This fast track project had a short deadline couldn’t afford any delays. The project included over 550 parking spaces plus directional arrows, stop bars and crosswalks. Our professional crews not only completed the project on time, but to the highest standards as well.
Mobile Convention Center
In 2017 the Mobile Convention Center got a much needed face lift in the parking garage and Nelco Commercial Maintenance was the chosen bidder for the project. The project included pressure washing of the entire ground level parking deck as well as restriping of all of the parking stalls. Multiple crews working together with the management of the convention center allowed us to complete the project without interruption to normal business and exceed the customers expectations.
Whispering Pines Apartments. Daphne, AL
This photo shows sealer being applied at an apartment complex in Daphne, AL. After the first coat had properly cured, we applied a second coat and re-striped the parking lot in it’s original color and configuration. This 2 coat system provides the asphalt many years of protection as well as improving overall the appearance of the entire property.
